KEB Hana wants to drive a sustainable and scalable MFI by helping Myanmar people grow their businesses. The objective is to design a product for the FOs to assist them in conducting business with their clients and daily work tasks.
One of the main challenges that we saw is that KEB Hana has been working with paper and needs a lot of human power to run the business and also to reduce error caused by manual data inputs.
